Day 1

So I'll make this quick, because my arms ACHE.

HOW IN THE WORLD DID JILLIAN HURT ME THAT MUCH THAT FAST?!?

I'm just sayin' guys.. 45 minutes of weights at the gym, and I don't wimp out there, but I never get sore until AT LEAST a few hours later!

Jillian's like a platypus.. small, and cute, but full of poison that will KILL your buns and thighs!

Someone that's actually made it through all 30 days, does it get easier?

  1. I wish you a speedy recovery! You'll definitely get there. :) I'm going to have to pull out my copy and dust it off - I definitely remember the sense of sweaty satisfaction I felt the first time I got through one of the sessions without having to stop...

  2. It's a killer workout! Nope never made it through 30 days! Mostly because I have a real life trainer and she's usually kicking my butt so hard I can't move.....It does get easier!!

    Keep focused!

  3. Thanks for following me! And you can do it! I have to push myself to do it every morning. This morning I just was not in a mood so I skipped it. But hopefully I will get it in later. With Level one it got a lot easier after about the 4th or 5th day...Level two..ugh I can't wait for it to get easier and I am soooo dreading level three. good luck!

  4. Thanks guys, knowing it's not going to suck this much every day helps! I don't have any problems making it through without stopping, just the achy feeling afterwards. I'm STILL sore today, but will be doing it this afternoon :)
