Quickly before bed, it's almost midnight here!
Lunch was leftover baked chicken thigh with organic BBQ sauce and broccoli with salt and pepper.
Snack this afternoon was a green smoothie! Yesterday marker the halfway mark for boss-friend's chemo treatment, so we had a mini celebration today. I've been trying to get that woman to try a green smoothie for almost 2 years, and she finally did today :) we made 2 different kinds- mine had spinach, banana, frozen tropical fruit mix, water, and a drizzle of honey. We also wore our hats to match her, and had a surprise visitor at lunch!
Dinner was, again, leftover BBQ chicken thigh with a salad of romaine lettuce, croutons, ff cheese, and lite Catalina dressing.
I had a handful of unsalted mixed nuts later, and that was it for my day!
